White Thixo Self Sealing Exterior Topcoat

Novalk 885 white is the exterior white: a 1K thixotropic self-sealing topcoat for doors, windows, shutters, trim and outdoor furniture. The thixotropic body holds a heavy wet film on a vertical surface without sagging, so the coat that goes on is the coat that protects. Zero VOC, about 42% solids. Ready to apply from the can. Meets or exceeds KCMA standards for heat and humidity, cold check, chemical resistance and film swell.

Where it fits. Painted exterior millwork in a shop or on site. Over bare or tannin-prone wood, start with 861B white exterior primer; on sound previously painted surfaces a scuff sand is enough because the topcoat seals itself.

Application. Two to three full coats. Thin up to 5% with warm water or 1034 if the gun needs it. Sprays readily and recoats easily.

Exterior use. Water clean-up. Sheens 15, 30 and 50 in 4 KG. White base, tintable.
