The story
How a paint shop ended up running a distributor.
Wild Fox Painting has been finishing high-end cabinets, doors, and millwork out of Littleton, Colorado for years. Production volume, real spec work, dialed booth.
Along the way we got picky about what we'd put through our guns. We tried the big catalog brands, the wholesaler house lines, the imports the local store happened to stock that week. Some of it was good. A lot of it wasn't. And when something wasn't, nobody on the other end of the phone had ever actually sprayed it.
Wild Fox Coatings is what happens when a working finisher decides the distribution side could be better. We carry the products we'd hand a buddy starting his own shop — Novalk industrial coatings, SurfPrep abrasive systems, TriTech sprayers — at prices that aren't a quote-wall game, and back them with answers from people who finished something yesterday.

The cabinet system we push hardest — primer, topcoat, hardener — is what we spray on paying jobs. We stock the wider Novalk catalog too, and we'll tell you straight which SKUs we've run ourselves and which we haven't.
