About this product
Novalk NA16023 is the mirror. A two-component clear polyacrylic topcoat built for full-gloss, show-quality work: high build (about 68% solids), perfect flow, high chemical and physical resistance, and a surface that can be sanded and buffed to a true mirror after 48 hours. Vertical hold of 150 microns wet, so it carries a heavy coat on a door without running.
Where it fits. Piano-finish furniture, high-gloss kitchen doors, retail fixtures and any surface that will be judged in reflected light. It also works as a clear glossy converter: tint it with NP800-series pigments for pigmented high gloss.
Mixing. Harden 1:1 by volume with NC968 PU high-gloss hardener, then reduce 20 to 30% with NU4028 medium reducer. Mix only what you can spray inside the pot life.
Application. One or two coats at 150 to 200 g/m² (roughly 6 to 8 m² per kilo). Let it cure 48 hours before cutting and polishing.
Interior use. Solvent clean-up. 5 LT.
